As an internet service provider, T&E Collectors Cove LLC is protected under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To file a claim of copyright infringement in good faith, please include all of the required elements outlined below.

Notice of Copyright Infringement

To file a DMCA take down notice, your claim must include the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that is allegedly infringed.

  3. Identification of the infringing material and a direct link (URL) or other information sufficient to locate it.

  4. Contact information for the complaining party, including full name, physical address, email, phone number, and (if available) fax number.

  5. A good faith statement that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

False Claims Warning:
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorney’s fees) if you knowingly misrepresent material facts in a DMCA notice.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter notification with the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. A description of the material removed and its original location before take down.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was mistakenly removed or misidentified.

  4. Your full name, address, and phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your district (or any district where we may be found if outside the U.S.).

  5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person or entity that submitted the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a log of DMCA claims and monitor for repeat infringement. Users with repeated violations will have their accounts permanently terminated in accordance with our internal policy and the DMCA.
