False Claims Warning:

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter notification with the following information:

Your physical or electronic signature.

A description of the material removed and its original location before take down.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was mistakenly removed or misidentified.

Your full name, address, and phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your district (or any district where we may be found if outside the U.S.).

A statement that you will accept service of process from the person or entity that submitted the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a log of DMCA claims and monitor for repeat infringement. Users with repeated violations will have their accounts permanently terminated in accordance with our internal policy and the DMCA.
